Help is a 2010 Indian Hindi-language supernatural horror film directed by Rajeev Virani in his directional debut. It stars Bobby Deol and Mugdha Godse and marks the debut of Sophia Handa in a supporting role. Shreyas Talpade also has a special role in the film although it was not marketed as his film. It was released on 13 August 2010, making it the first Bollywood horror film to release on Friday the 13th. The film was shot in Mauritius.

Put together by Tony Crean of Go!Discs for charity and inspired by John Lennon’s 7-day schedule for the release of ‘Instant Karma’ (record on Monday, press up on Tuesday, sleeve on Wednesday, etc.). The same timescale was decided on for this album, the proceeds going to help starving Bosnian refugees. Named after the Beatles song, ‘Help’ seems a near impossible attempt at getting the biggest bands in the country to record exclusive songs and present them in a matter of days.
